Loan Phung serves as Executive Assistant to Samuel Chen, Principal Director of The Liddell Group. She assists Chen with his work at The Liddell Group, as well as in academia and media.​

With a talent for organization and managing systems, Phung has also worked for the Lehigh Career and Technical Institute and for Pennsylvania DECA.​ She holds her Associates of Applied Science in Marketing and a Specialized Diploma in Digital Media from Northampton Community College (Bethlehem, PA) and is currently completing her bachelors degree at DeSales University (Center Valley, PA).

Outside of her work and studies, Phung enjoys traveling with friends, going to KPOP concerts, and spending time with her family.
